What the process looks like:

No preparation necessary

You don’t need to prepare (unless you want to), because I will have questions and prompts ready for you. Just show up as you are!

Authentic, vibing conversation

We check in, do grounding and breathing for anxiety, and have a fun but deep conversation about your work. I’m checking in with you to ensure that you’re feeling safe and comfortable in your body so we can access your most potent wisdom.

Recorded session full of gems

I send you the recording afterwards, and you clip out the best parts to use as reels or videos for your website, etc. (Or, do the upgraded package, and I clip and edit for you!)

I’m a former tenured rhetoric professor turned somatic practitioner and professional goofball. I guarantee that you will have fun throughout this process.
