Somatics shouldn't be hard
to access.

Trauma-informed somatics & breathwork for the queer community and allies.

How Somatic Work Works

We need more spaces designed intentionally for queer healing.

Listening to your body, trusting your intuition, and knowing how to communicate what you're feeling should be a given, but it's not. Society teaches all of us to ignore our bodies, but queer and neurodivergent people are especially locked out of somatic healing modalities because our bodies are marginalized. Fortunately, we ALL have the ability to feel safe in our bodies with the right combination of techniques and with human connection.

About Me

I’m a queer, nonbinary, neurodivergent somatic practitioner. My mission is to make somatic work more accessible to the queer community because the wellness space is overrun by cis-het white people. We deserve healing spaces that are just for us, facilitators who are queer, and practices that aren’t drenched in capitalism and systems of oppression.
